it was quite good. but i’m easily pleased. the one problem i had was how quickly everyone was ready to accept the existence of aliens and the fact that hal can turn into a magical green flying hottie. except it’s not magic. however, i understand the decision to do this. the movie was nearly two hours as it was, and going through the drama of having the characters be like whuttt o.0 would have unnecessarily elongated it. easy enough to get over. compelling characters (cliched villain hector aside) and a cool enough story. awesome graphics. three-d was fun too. company was awesome. woop!

also. ryan reynolds was as yummy as ever.
